bought it a month ago, started easily but didn't have to use it yet. the only thing I noticed is that the gas tank valve is not easy to read.

Just setup and installed today, 05/23/23. Went through all procedures for running the generator. Works like a charm.

Installation process

Great product. The User manual is thorough and easy to understanf.  The set up was quick and painless, and the unit is quieter than I anticipated.

Rough running out of box

This generater is a beast.  It is twice a big as our 10000 generater.  Remote start, 17 gallon tank.  I cant wait to try it out.

My unit ran great the first few times I used it. After the 3-4 time I went to use it, it wouldn't start and if it did only stayed running for a few mins. Took it to factory authorized repair that kept getting same bad part several times. After 2 1/2 months they are finally replacing the unit, I'll never buy another of these.

Not worth the money

After simple assembly; tires, lift bar, and attaching the battery, it started right up.  I recommend High Octane gas (93 or above).  Ensure you read the instructions, step by step.  Oil is provided.  It is very heavy.  However, the trailer arms make it so much easier to move.  :-).  My first Westinghouse generator.  I am completing a whole home load test (1800 square feet) it should do fine.  Remote starter is very convenient, and starts the generator from a good distance.
