It started right up after adding oil and fuel. The battery assembly is a little tough (I was also missing a screw). It is easier to connect the battery before assembling the wheels.

After waiting 5 months to get it, it was shipped in one piece. directions easy to follow. Started right up. Paring was easy as well. Great generator. Not as heavy as expected and easy to maneuver.

I purchased the WGen12000DF, but could only register the warranty U.N. WGen12000 because WGen12000DF was not an option. I just got the generator this week and have put all parts on. I purchased it for hurricane season. So far I'm pleased with it.

I bought this in September 2023 for hurricane use. It's excellent. One or two pulls and it starts. It has very low sound and because of this I use it around the outside of the house without any complaints from the neighbors. I love this generator.

I started it on the second try it's a beast. I had two Refrigerators and a freezer and Two TVs and a Microwave and Hot Tub, internet handled it with ease. Ran about 3 hours. So far doing great.

I perches wgen20000 and ran a whole tank of fuel it had no problems then I loaded it up with 45amp drawer and ran it for 4 hours no problem regulater keep voltage at 120v.

I am very excited about this Generator. It was easy to put wheels on and get ready Start was one of the main reasons for my purchase. It works like a charm. Plus it does not seem to run as loud as some generators I have owned in the past. Happy!

Just set the generator up today set up was very easy generator started right up. I am very happy with this generator and hopefully the service that I get will be the same. Thank you again.

I received my new generator today. Easy to assemble, need small hands to hook up the battery! Added oil and gas, started right up first try. Put a load on the unit, no problem at all!

NO photos yet but i love this this item , runs the whole house but time will tell on the A/C....the math seems rite so there should not be a problem. Ease of operation and assembly made this a no brainer.
