I just uncreated my generator today. It was packed well. Very nice design and looks. It didn't take much at all to assemble and start. Noise lever not bad at all.

we have had nothing but problems with these generators! one of them did get replaced after a long process and still having trouble with that one. one the motor seized up, another one we have is only running on one cylinder.

Best investment ever. During the power outage in Spring Texas this product keep my family and friends on a save conditions. Run it 24 hours for more than 5 days with no problems.

Bought this almost 8 months ago…..unpacked yesterday and completed minimal assembly. Simple setup. Started right up and powered everything in my house.

I just purchased last month after an extensive research looking for a stand by generator that would meet my needs without breaking the bank. The WGen20000c meets those needs and didn't have to take out a second mortgage.

Only issue I had is all the oil was not drained from the oil pan and spilled out all over the unit when I unpacked it. Otherwise started right up and runs well.

I would give 5 stars, but the manuals differ in Maintenance schedules. Does not even mention oil filter number nor does it have a number on the filter on machine.

Did tons of research. Went with the Westinghouse 9500DF. Glad I did. Easy to assemble, fires right up and powered everything I calculated it would in my home.

Information implied this generator could be attached to a transfer box and run house. It will not work. 3 licensed electricians told us it won't work. We are trying to return this generator.

I bought this a month ago and just had the electrician come to set us up. This is a much cheaper and easier way to run the whole house in case of a power outage.
