Pros:Dual fuel (Gasoline/Propane),easy start, auto choke, comes with an oil drain hose already attached, battery was 100% charged on arrival, self charging battery, remote foible works very well, attached wheels makes it easy to move round, grounding port available, manual comes with good instructions on maintenance, has a gasoline gauge to monitor the gasoline level, more fuel efficient compared to other brands of similar wattage, comes with accessories for attaching the wheels, battery and the spark plug, comes with a propane hose and oil funnel. Cons:Loud (92dB at the generator and 71dB at 20 feet), very difficult to get the generator out of the packing cart (was a challenge, needed two persons to get off the cart even with wheels attached), battery nuts and oil dip stick were ridiculously tight to loosen.

This Generator has power and some to spare. Enough to run an A/C, water heater and fridge without skipping a beat. The instructions are simple and easy to use. You will need to ensure your home is set-up properly but if your power goes out this beast can take it on. Very heavy but ready to use out of the box. Wish they would sell a rain cover attachment though as this is the only drawback.

Unboxed it, filled it with the supplied oil, hooked the battery and put some gas in it and paired the remote. Fired up on the 2nd try. Turned it on and off from the remote about 50 ft away with no problems. I don't have a load on it yet but will give it a shot after wiring the house with it. I will post those results on you tube once I do it.

This was the biggest CARB compliant generator we could find. We needed it to be able to power our home during the predicted PG&E power outages during fire season. This generator will allow us to run the AC as well as all the other necessary appliances.

Bought a week ago, just got setup and running. Plenty of power. Only reason I did not give this 5 stars is lack of all technical documentation compared to competitors, and the fact it has to be lifted in the air for initial setup. For someone that doesn't have a hoist, lifting 400lbs to get off the shipping pallet was a challenge Overall great generator for power outages, especially if you want to power furnace, AC, and well pump

i bought a igen2550 generator on 08/13/2023 read instruction booklet. very easy to read and understand. set it up which was very easy. it started right up. started it up four times, it started up with one pull. very easy to start. so far i like this generator very much. i bought it to run refrigerator when we lose elec. power. i think it will very well.

we got this as emergency power to run the whole house and after testing it out today i dont think that will be an issue at all. i love the push button start and how well the engine ran starting up on the first push after adding fuel annd oil. also lobe that this generator comes with everything you need to get it up and running as soon as it arrives and you dont even need any tools for assembly other than an 8mm wrench. comes with an included battery tender that plugs directly into the faceplate which is also a huge plus and much safer than using alligator clips directly on the battery terminals. all in all i think it's well worth the prise if you want a aqality package and no headaches.

I bought this generator back in Sept and before my wife was hospitalized. Recently had time to get it set up and running. Has more thn ample power for the hour and heat pump/AC. We also have 4 freezers and well pump. Starts on demand! Great Unit!!

Due to fires in the recent years our power company might be turning power off in the future to prevent fires on hot windy days. Since the outages can last for several days we decided to get a generator to make sure we have power for all the essentials that we need. It turns out that the WGen12000 can easily cover what we need. We've tested it several time over the summer and it is easy to use and works great. We hope we never have to really use it - but we're glad we got it.

Bought this generator as a backup power source for my house. Shipping was a little tricky with the freight company truck being too big for our road, but no fault of the generator. Good looking beast of machine. I've got 11 hours into it with no issues. Time will tell if it holds up. Looking forward to Power during our frequent outages.
