Bought this generator three days ago and it was delivered today. Getting the shipping create out from under it took a bit of ingenuity. Very well packed and easy to assemble. Started very easily. I am sure it will handle my needs on the next power outage. Very pleased and would recommend it to all my friends.

I just received the generator today and it was very easy to put together (basically put on the wheels, lift bracket, hook up the battery and add the included motor oil). It is heavy and would be helpful if you have another person to get the generator off of the pallet that it was shipped on. I can't wait to give the generator a good workout and see how it handles as a whole house generator.

This is the biggest portable generator I could find. I have tested it and works great and came with everything besides gas. The biggest issues is getting my house wired to accept this much power and unloading it from the shipping pallets because it is very heavy.

I have used the generator only a couple of times so far. Plenty of outlets and power available. I like the remote start option. I am uncertain about the CO sensor setup-- despite being outside in fresh air, the generator shut itself down a few times, which I am wondering if it is due to an overly sensitive CO sensor. If so, it would be much better if it had more of a delay so it isn't just sensing a momentary condition. Regardless, I like it so far and hope it will last us for many years.

Very happy with unit, only started it up but have not used it yet, so far no issues generator started on first press of start button. Unpacking crate was easy, some posts stated it was difficult to get off pallet - I did not find it to be any issue and I'm in my upper 60's. Unit delivered by Estes and was in time window and with no damage, delivery people very friendly.

Purchased because of multiple storms leading to power outages recently. Works great to provide power to needed household appliances in those cases. Also great for using around the farm in places where there is no power. No issues so far, happy with my purchase.

Model # Dropdown did not include my model (WGen9500) so picked the closest. Very prompt delivery. Setup was easy and straightforward. Started right up - love the electric start feature. Have not used it yet under load, but I'm confident it will perform well - ready now for the possible wildfire blackouts this coming fire season.

This item was ordered on a Wednesday and delivered the following day......unbelievable service. This units packaging was exceptional, installed tires, removed 2-2"x4"x6" pieces of wood slid uint Forward and used handles to role unif off pallet! Added oil some fuel and it started right up! Let's hope we never need it but we will be ready. Thanks for a great product!

Sturdy frame. Noise level same as my old 5500 watt generator. Purchased about a month ago and needed after storm the first week. Old generator was not able to run one of my refrigerators. Westinghouse ran both refrigerators, two freezers, 16000 BTU of A/C's and all lights, computers and TV's, coffee pot and microwave oven without worrying about load balancing. I'm certain it could easily handle more.

Had a difficult time obtaining product. Took three attempts with three different suppliers. Delivery was difficult to track however delivery was professional & no damage. Product met all expectations. Manual was confusing at times and lacking info (especially with oil fill location).
