Unreliable since I bought it brand new. Incapable of running more than 10 minutes without shutting itself off. The power went out here about 90 minutes ago. I fired this up and it has been up and down about 10 times since then. It shut off in the middle of writing this review. The problem? Who knows? Run out there and push the button and it starts right up and runs for another 10 minutes and shuts off. Troubleshooting guide very helpfully says on point 4 "maybe the problem is in the generator. Take it to a service center". Ok, it is brand new with not even 10 hours on it (I can't keep it running that long). My advice? BUY SOMETHING ELSE or sit in the dark.

I haven't yet had the opportunity to start it yet because I just got the hook up to my electrical panel. I don't foresee any problem!

easy to follow instructions. It comes as it advertised; a great product, powerful. Will test it out during this hurricane season.

It runs well now. The gas supply line from the tank was not attached properly and leaked when I first put the gas in.

This was perfect what I needed. Very simple to assemble and not much to assemble really.Great generator.

Second try with this gen. First didn't work. This one started fine. Have not had a chance to run it with load yet.

Had a fuel leak the first start up. Will adjust rating based on how Westinghouse resolves the issue.

great product great price. returned first one leacked gas. defective. got refund. got new one in place
