2005 TDI wagon came with Continental Pro-Contracts with a tread rating of 360. This is Pro Contact is the third set on the car with 90K. (Second set was Goodyear eagle product) Tire are exceptional engineering design of quiet, performance, and safety. I missed how quiet these tires are even with pressures set at 42 rear and 36 front. Highly recommend to the VW TDI wagon user where a 91H load rating is required due to higher tire pressure for ultra mileage. I will use this Pro-contract to replace the OEM Hankook tires on my 2010 TDI wagon.

I purchased a set of Continental ContiProContacts 3 years and 45,000 miles ago. I found these tires to be very good touring tires. Comfortable, great traction in all conditions, quiet, and very stable at highway speeds. At 45,000 miles i still had a decent amount of tread left but decided to replace all 4 with another set of identical tires. Great tire for the money.
