Very good thus far. Always preferred straight-grooved tires due to past experience with cupping and excessive noise on V shaped thread patterns. Only thing audible is a very gentle hum at very slow speeds. Most people will never notice and it is only perceptible because electric car. Really outstanding wet and wet snow traction.

So far with few hundred miles the tires are great. Had some ice/snow and they did well. In the past I have had poor luck with Michelin tires in general. But bases on consumer reports ratings I decided to give the Cross Climate 2 a chance. I will report back after 5 thousand miles.

I bought the MICHELIN® CrossClimate®2 tires for my car after reading about their impressive performance in various conditions12. I have to say, I am very satisfied with my purchase. These tires are amazing! They stop shorter than other tires I have tried, both on dry and wet pavement. They also last longer, which is great for saving money and reducing waste. I purchased my Cross Climate 2 tires less than a month ago and already have better than 5000 miles on the tires. I can best sum them up by saying “Wow” these are great tires! Cosmetically they look like an all season SUV tire but I’ve put them on a VW Golf and have to say they have transformed my car. Smooth, quiet, and simply phenomenal grip with no reduction in mileage from my old tires. To say my expectation was exceeded is almost an understatement.

I’ve only had these tires a short time but I am totally impressed. They are a quiet riding tire yet in a down pour I could tell they stuck to the pavement while driving through puddles of water. I’m looking forward to see how they perform come winter and the snow. Great product so far.

We purchased Cross Climate 2s for our 2014 Equinox late winter/early spring 2024. We have driven in snow, ice, heavy rain, high outside temperatures and the Cross Climate 2s performed exceptionally well. They are expensive but well worth the cost as they provide exceptional service in all weather conditions, exceptional durability and peace of mind driving. They replaced Latitude Tours which also gave exceptional service. We are quite pleased with our tire purchases.

I bought this tire in December after the first Michigan snow and couldn't be happier with it. Great slush an snow traction. And surprisingly smooth and quiet. Handling is good. Fortunately haven't had to stress test stopping. Mileage not noticeably impacted, but the it is winter. Would definitely recommend.

I bought my first set of CrossClimate2 tires for my 2014 Honda Accord Sport in September, 2022. I have been highly satisfied with these tires. These tires perform well in all weather conditions, are fairly quiet on most roadway surfaces, and have worn uniformly - unlike the previous set of tires by a different manufacturer. To my surprise, the average gas mileage did not suffer either. For these reasons, I just purchased another set of CrossClimate 2 tires for my 2014 Toyota Avalon Hybrid. Although I have only driven about 100 miles, I have noticed that the car stopped much quicker than previously with Michelin Premier A/S tires. I anticipate similar performance from these new CrossClimate 2 tires as I have experienced on my Honda Accord Sport.

I put these tires on my 2011 Toyota Camry back last fall, and I do not regret the purchase. They make the car very sure footed when you hit a snowy, or slushy patch on the highway, they run quiet, and my highway gas mileage is still at or about 35mpg. They also handle very well in the rain, no skidding to a stop!

The Michelin CrossClimate 2 are great all-season tires with a strong grip, smooth handling, and solid snow performance. They last long, rides quietly, and work well in most weather. They are a bit pricey, but absolutely worth it for safety and durability. Not a full winter tire, but great for year-round use.
