I bought these tires for my Tesla in 2023. I put Snow tires on the vehicle last winter and changed them back to these tires last spring. I have driven on them for two summers for 21K miles. I am having them put my snow tires back on now, and these tires are at 2/32", so they will not put them back on again next spring. I asked about the mileage warranty and was told that Michelin told them it is half the stated value because the tire is on an EV vehicle. That the tire is not made for EV vehicles. This information is not on any documentation that I can find. Their website says, "Michelin is the best in inclement all-weather performance on EVs." I got a third of the mileage that Michelin claims these tires should last. I feel cheated.

Phenomenal tires. Great traction in the snow. Sure grip. Noticeable change in acceleration. Performance is far improved. Yes, there is a difference in gas mileage. I’m posting a photo of the 12 month gas mileage performance. That being said, the trade off is worth it. Also posting a photo of the tracks in the snow. With the Bridgestones that I had on the car, I accelerated in the snow and slammed on the breaks. The car swerved. Did the same move with the Michelin tires, and a sure grip. See the tracks and you’ll see the sure grip. I’m very pleased with these.

Bought these late into a Michigan winter in mid February and they've so far handled the ice, snow, and slush as far as momentum goes. I would still pump your brakes on the ice as these aren't a dedicated snow tire but for the price, they do a fine job. If you want a snow tire, get the Blizzak WS90. The CC2s handle excellent though around corners and stop smoothly in most conditions.

I have a 2019 Mazda CX-9 Signature and want to put these on it but the largest tire listed is 245/50R20. The stock OEM Falkens on the car are 255/50R20. When will Michelin have these CrossClimate2 tires in my size? I really prefer Michelins and only want to go to All Weather Tires for this car.

I bought these in September 2023 and was so excited to get them....heck even michelin makes them out to be the greatest thing since sliced bread but there's no mention of rolling resistance and rightfully so. Dropped my MPG so much that I had to return them and just to think this is the second generation with an improvement in rolling resistance I sure would hate to know what the previous generation was like. Michelin perhaps on the 3rd generation you can greatly lower the rolling resistance and than claim them to be the greatest thing since sliced bread.

If you are a smooth driver, not pushing your car hard and drive carefully in winter conditions this is the best tire for you. Great performance on wet, slushy, snowy roads. Great summer performance in Toronto weather. Very comfy with little road noise. Used on both of our cars Subaru Legacy and Chevrolet Trax without any issue.

We purchased these tires for our Audi Q5 3.0T several months back and couldn’t be happier. Prior to these, I wasn’t able to drive faster than 50 mph in the rain as the suv would hydroplane nonstop. Scary!! My husband came across these and decided to take a chance on them. Not only did the hydroplaning stop, the vehicle rides better than it ever has. Additionally, we just had a major snow storm today (first since having these bad boys) and I was able to drive it like it wasn’t even snowing. I was also able to get up hills that other vehicles were stuck on without any issues at all. Hands down the best tires in the snow I have ever ever had. Don’t listen to the negative reviews. Not sure what they want.

I replaced my Michelin Primacys to give these a try. I live in upstate New York where we get harsh winters. So far I am satisfied, I feel more confident on the road, however a little more road noise and slight steering wheel feel which is expected with such an aggressive thread. I believe these tires are second to none when it comes to an all season tire with the snow factor included.

Just put a set of 4, 215/50R17/XL 95V, on last week. Driven less then a 100 mile so far. The volt had the OE on for just under 55,000 and one had a slow leak. Got the CrossClimate®2 and right from the parking lot I noticed the the tires gave the car a tighter grip on the road, bumps seamed to be less noticeable. The tires do not roll as well as the OE and a little more tire noise, like a whine. With no engine noise to cover it up, it was expected. The car handles the hills and curves very well. My wife feel more assured that car is not going off the road and will take the curves. Had to add more air and that made the Volt cost better also did not notice any change in the handling.

Very good thus far. Always preferred straight-grooved tires due to past experience with cupping and excessive noise on V shaped thread patterns. Only thing audible is a very gentle hum at very slow speeds. Most people will never notice and it is only perceptible because electric car. Really outstanding wet and wet snow traction.
