New tires

I bought online and they are installed on tire shop which was certified by Goodyear. First ride was very noisy, full of vibration and feeling everything on the road, I back to shop after three times they said one of your tire is bumpy and we should change it, they change it, noise and vibration reduce but still is not good and I do not have time to leave my job soon and back to shop and discuss with shop, In addition it seems the material of tire is too tough and you can feel all cracks and small bump on the road.

Noisy, bumpy feeling ride

I would prefer that the tire has no defects but things happen.  Was fairly easy to replace through Sam's Club.  Sam's provides a great service.
