Online purchase went smoothly (3 May 2018). Rebate received in timely manner. Service during installation from start to finish was completed in a profesional, courteous and timely manner. Loud road noise which I thought came from my brakes completely disappeared once all 4 new tires were installed. Gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I had to add air in tires in less than 1 month. Neutral rating (3 stars) for winter because vehicle has not been in winter conditions since new tires were installed.

I recently got 4 new tires and added the alignment package as well. The price for 4 tires includes balancing and installation. Tires are ok. I noticed how badly it was vibrating/shaking when I drove above 60 mph following the installation. I took the car back for another balancing. Hit the highway after the installation, same vibrating/shaking. I was definitely not taking it back a third time. I went to a different place and got it fixed. To summarize, Good tires, service needs an upgrade

My criteria was to buy a set of tires that gives me a comfortable ride and lasts reasonably long. It is true to its name, Maxlife. However it comes a huge issue of noise, given the hard composite used to make it last long. It makes it impossible to take calls, listen to music or have any conversation inside the car without screaming. The noise has progressively gotten louder as the tires wore out, I have used this for over two years and 40k miles. I have been very regular with rotation and got it inspected regularly. I even got it balanced and aligned a few times, nothing helps with this annoying noise. Its just not a practical design, the hard composite makes it too loud. I will not be getting this set of tire again!

These tires have been fantastic so far! They ride quiet, handle superbly in all weather, and look great. I look forward to these lasting the warranty miles of 85k!! Well worth the cost of these tires. These are on a hybrid car and they dont change fuel mileage either.

We drove 3000 miles on our vacation to Florida. We had just had the new tires installed on the car. We had to drive through heavy rain from a tropical storm and the vehicle handled wonderfully throughout the trip. They are still quite new but so far we have a rave review!

I read all of the reviews and several people said this was a quiet tire. I decided to go with them even though the price was a little high. These tires have excellent handling however they are SO LOUD. My ride has been been ruined. I would not recommend them.

Bought for my daughter's front wheel drive car, she was slipping and sliding all over in rain, let alone anything winter related. She immediately noticed the change in the way the car rode, which is amazing, she's kind of the typical teenager (jump in and take off, not knowing if half the body panels are there or fell off along the way) and we had some extremely heavy rain coming through, she said she hasn't had any sort of issue on the interstate, or on the rural roads, in town, anywhere, her actual words are "tell them I give them a 100%, no give them a 12 out of 10!!" She's extremely happy with the tires, another great set of Goodyears!

My experiences with the store have always been good. The service is excellent and my car runs like new. I wanted all 4 new tires and brakes and rotors. You know when your car is not running as smoothly as it should and it was obvious my car needed some attention ....The strore employees gave me their review of what was needed and I was in agreement. You pay a cheaper price elsewhere but you may pay for with bad customer service or a bad product. I bought my tires in the summer and have yet to deal with winter weather.

I bought the tires online and am pleasantly surprised with how much better gas mileage I'm getting. I was averaging 20 mpg with the factory Continental's and now I'm getting 23-24 which was a huge shock! The ride quality is very nice especially on 19's. The one thing I was worried about when buying them online was that they looked kind of ugly but they look much better in person.

I went in to replace 2 tires which had worn out. Did that and drove around to get the feel for them. Needed to go to ATL over a weekend and back. I could feel the handling difference by not having the same tires on all wheels. When I returned, I scheduled an appointment to replace the other 2 tires. I had a drive after that to Indy with all 4 MaxLife tires and was glad I had made the decision to have all 4 tires replaced. The traction and grip were perfect and handling was great up and down mountain highways and through the rain.
