[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the way these pens write, but for me they are a little too slim, if they were just a little bigger it would have been easier to tell if grip is extra comfort, regardless, I still like the way these pens write.

The grips are useful because without them, my fingers get a bit irritated. It feels like I'm squeezing the pen too hard without a grip. It's always useful to have tops, so they don't dry out and I haven't had a problem with the ink coming out and drying up. I can consistently write something.

The ink is a pretty, bold black color! This pen is GREAT for a lefty! I ABSOLUTELY love the fact that the ink does NOT smear when my hand runs across what I have written on the paper. All the left handed person what I am talking about first hand! I HIGHLY recommend BIC Round Stic Grip Xtra Comfort pen for anyone that wants a comfortable pen with long lasting bold, black ink! It's great for writing letters, making lists, drawing, and even my bookmark. This is a very nice pen. It is designed well and is easy to grip. Writing with this pen is smooth and you really can't go wrong it. I have no issues so far with writing with this pen. Everything has come out nice and clear. I love how dark the ink is. It makes it easy to read. You don't have to press down hard at all while using this. A good pen for everyday use .

The pen is a bit thinner then I like but the point writes perfectly! Has cap on top so they dont dry out the tip. Bic makes excellent pens!
