Black 1/2" smaller and wierd material vs. Floral

I purchased the black print and floral print. Floral fits great in size XL. Black print in XL is about 1/2 to 1" smaller all around and material is different. Scratches - not soft at all. I'll probably return it to the club as it definitely can't go in the dryer.
