The wait time is unreasonable and their department never picks up the phone

Easy to just put controller on dock and head out for your day. And when you get back, your controller is fully charged if not, then close to! Easy to use and well worth the purchase.

I like the ease of having a charger and not having to use cords. I like the fact that the controller shuts off when it is full. However, it is often difficult to fit the controller into the charging device. Sometimes it goes right in, sometimes it takes a minute to get it!! Pretty good though

Definitely a must have item if you have multiple controllers. Easy to use, just set the controllers on top and you're good to go. The design matches the PS5 perfectly!
