Mission tortillas are essential in my home, as they inspire me to create delicious quesadillas, tacos, and flautas filled with both cheese and meat. They are a testament to the fact that wonderful meals can be made on any budget.

I always buy mission tortillas whether it be burrito size, taco size, or carb control. They hold up great in a chicken enchilada casserole, as pictured.)
