Unfortunately I did not listen to the other reviews about the zipper breaking. After just one year of use, the zippers on the couch portion have broken. I asked my local club if they would exchange the item for a new one or replace it. Since our membership has expired, we were told our order history was erased from our account and no record of our purchase existed, so we would have to purchase a new membership to gain access to those records. Then, we were told that we couldn’t even just reinstate the most basic membership, but we would have to pay for the executive membership since that’s what we had at the time of purchase. Not only would our local club not help us, but online customer service accused me of lying about purchasing the product after I looked at my bank records and found the transaction. They said they couldn’t help without an active membership. I am not paying $110 to return a faulty product. After spending almost $200 on a play couch and using it minimally I expect it to last more than a year. Spend the extra $ and buy the name brand version of this.

Loved it, but the zipper broke on week 2. It is comfortable and cute in the kids room.

Unfortunately, after washing this product, the zipper no longer works. I’m outside my warranty now so I guess I’m out of luck.
