Sleek and Beautiful picture!

We bought it in April 2024. Love the sleekness look of the tv. It's very fast to respond to inputs and boot up. There is no “boot up” You can change the sensitivity of the magic remote as well.

Intermittently loses setup.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the lg c2 last month and have had to reset setup 5 times as it looses setup. I have Tablo and fire stick. It still does not go to last input even though I have set that option.

Awesome LG TV

Bought my TV about 3-4 months ago and I'm so delighted. I'm amazed at all the features and customized settings. I love that it's a smart tv and all the streaming channels are there and accessible at the press of a button. Definitely a big upgrade from having to use a Fire stick.

UNRELIABLE PRODUCT

I BOUGHT THE OLED C2 AND BARELY 1 YEAR AFTER I CAME BACK FROM WORK AND IT WOUNT TURN ON.I CALLED THE LG CUSTOMER CARE AND THEY SAID THE FAULT IS MY BILL.WHY IS YOUR TV stop working BARELY 1 YEAR AFTER PURCHASE .A BRAND NEW WITH NO FORM OF ROUGH HANDLING.IT MAKES ME SOO SAD AND DISSAPOINTED .I HAD RECOMMENDED LG TO MY FRIENDS BUT I HAVE A DIFFERENT OPINION.IS IT MY FAULT THAT YOUR PRODUCT STOP WORKING AFTER 1 YEAR? NOT COOL

Very happy with first 4K TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our first 4K TV and we love it. We've only had it a couple of weeks now but have no complaints. About 75% of what we watch is streamed and the rest comes over antenna. Streaming is great with download speeds between 75 to 100 Mbps and better than average over the air from towers 45 to 60 miles away. We haven't mastered the remote yet but our ability to find things quickly is improving. The only issue we've had came up tonight when a character in a movie asked Alexa to play something and our stand alone Echo Dot took control of the TV and streamed music through the sound system that the TV connects to. If I was more comfortable with the remote it probably would have only taken a few seconds to correct but I spent several minutes fumbling before we finally got back to the movie. With time I'm sure that will happen less. Overall, we are very happy with the TV and have already recommend it to friends.

Great features & the price is suitable!

I bought this product last month. This product is great. The sound and pictures are very good. I only turn volume to 9 level but the sound is very cloud and so clear. My family like this product very much. I will buy 2 more for my daughter's bedroom & my son's bedroom in next time.
