[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] TV is great! Love the picture clarity and size is perfect! Just wished the programs and commericials had uniform volume.

We enjoy our new TV. It is reliable and has great picture. Sound could be better. Only thing we dislike is the Magic Wand remote. It is worthless. Not easy to use. Center button rolls when you try to press it, activating the magic wand. This remote is difficult to use, and should have to ability to deactivate magic wand, and another remote should be made available at not charge.

I will happily CHANGE this review to five stars once my new LG C3 77 is fixed! The internet connectivity is unstable...this has nothing to do with my WiFi connection .... LG is sending replacement parts and a service technician is scheduled in a few weeks for the new components. Ask me in a few months how I am doing with my new TV....thanks!

The image is outstanding although the sound is weak and flat. This is not material because anyone buying this tv will pair it with a nice surround system. Works great with Sonos. The app set covers everything from Netflix to Amazon Video to YT. The apps work smoothly and fast, comparable to Roku (no need for Roku her).The LG channels are very good and they keep adding more. Worth browsing. I researched a lot before buying it and this is by far the best tv today. Period. It delivers as promised and more. Worth the money.

Had it for 3 weeks. The worst OS and menu EVER. The remote is soooooo small I hit two button (because they are so close together) when I only want to hit ONE. I have a computer nerd and LG owner across the street from my house. It took him 65, that's sixty five minutes, to get the local OTA channels scanned in. That stupid pointer on the remote is lousy -- moves tooooo fast & doesn't point where I want it.

I get screen savers and other questions and I have to go to the home screen twice to shut it off. I googled how to fix this and they suggested changing it on settings but I can't find settings on the screen.

Love this TV the best picture quality and the best Web browser , nothing comes close.

Service tech says its a bed design. Its new but there is no fix. Company cannot fix he says
