Will never purchase again!

Purchased the whole-wheat pita bread yesterday. Package shows expiration in October. Cut them in half and stuffed with sliced sausage and they split wide open. Tried heating in microwave and they still split open! This did not happen with other brands I have purchased before. What a big mess! Will know better than to waste my money on these ever again!

These are amazing for

These are amazing for anyone on Keto or counting their carbs. I use these for everything from cold sandwiches to breakfast burritos, and the taste is perfect. I’ve tried a keto specific one but thought this flavor and durability was better and with only 70 calories you can use them for everything.

Favorite

My favorite low carb tortilla/wrap! I use these for breakfast burritos, tacos, personal pizzas, wraps, and even cut them up for baked chips (both lime and cinnamon). I wish they still had the ones that aren't wheat though as they were even lower carb, unless I'm confused because it's been so long since they've been available.

Only a few grams of net carbs and they taste amazing! Just like a regular tortilla.

I have not eaten keto for a long time and just recently started again. Last time I was eating keto, everything tasted awful that was marketed toward being low carb. I was very surprised with how great this tasted! The texture was like a normal tortilla . I even gave one to my 6-year-old and she loved it. I am so surprised how far low carb options have come and will definitely be continuing to purchase these in the future.

Dissapointed in Mission company

I always buy Mission tortillas and happy with them. Just tried the Cauliflower tortillas and they tasted terrible and the consistency is very chewy even after cooking. Both my husband and I took one bite and it was so bad we did not take another bite. I wish we'd saved the receipt because I would have taken it back to the store for a refund. We just threw the entire package in the trash. I can't imagine why anyone would think that tasted even okay.

Yes, 110 calories.

Very good. They don't crisp up as well as the flour style, so they're not as awesome for quesadillas, but they get the job done if you warm them up and use them for a wrap. As for the person who said the calorie count is off by 100, please understand that the indigestible fiber, while counted under carbs is *indigestible.* Those 25 grams of fiber "carbs" cannot be turned into energy by the human body and thus don't count. There are only 110 calories (54 fat, 36 protein, 20 carb) that your body can actually digest and use for energy.

Gross

I'm always looking for new healthier ways of eating so I thought these carb balance tortillas would taste great used as wraps or with some taco fillings. Wrong! Total chemical after taste. Decievingly soft, but somehow chalky. It's totally not worth it. If they could make something that tastes like food and not nuclear waste, that would be a great start. Save your three dollars and buy some real tortillas.

Do you want to

Do you want to tortilla that has low carbs by them. It’s really good and I guess if you’re watching your carbs are really good. I would eat a regular tortilla because I just think those are amazing but honestly these car balance ones are even more amazing if you are watching your carbs

Diameter of tortillas

The Carb Balance tortillas are a wonderful product and I have used them for several years. When I first started using them, they were 10 inches in diameter. The last few purchases (orders made online), the tortillas were 8 inches in diameter at approximately the same price as the 10" ones; two sizes were not available for choices. I may have missed it, but I have seen nothing to alert consumers to the size difference. Why are the 10" Carb Balance tortillas no longer available for consumer purchase? Why is there no pricing adjustment relative to the size? I found no diameter data on the packaging. Because of the reduction in size with no pricing adjustment and the lack of consumer information re the reduced size and pricing, I am lowering the Value Rating. Also FYI, one of the large grocers still has the nutrition label for the 10" size on its web site through Ibotta even though the product description states the size as 8".
