We Love It. This is a really great grill. Very high quality materials and craftsmanship. It works really well. The flame adjustment has a wide range of heat settings and the build in temperature dial is very accurate. Assembly was very well organized and the written instructions were very effective in guiding the assembly. An excellent buy for the money. The space saving design works well on our back deck and with the high quality wheels, it rolls/moves around very easily. Thank you for having high quality products such as this for a tremendous price. This is the best grill we have ever had.

Grill was small, just like I needed. Assembly instructions were pretty well documented and easy to follow. Only tool is a Phillips Head screwdriver. The wires for ignition sparks is fairly short, but is well positioned and secure from main heat output of grill. Cast iron grills are nice spacing and are promoted as porcelain coated. Look good now bet cant attest to coating. Propane tank fit well and pressure regulator tubing fits well. Anticipating a long useful life from the product. Thought price payed was reasonable.

This "New" Replacement Grill WAAAAY SMALLER than the previous one I had from Sam's. This grill lost about 6"x20" of grill pace from previous version of this exact same grill that was 6 years old. Very disappointed by the actual grill compared to the pics of the grill. Don't think you can grill for a family of four easily on this grill. Where we were able to on the previous one, you can barely get four hamburger patties on this thing without it feeling very crowded with no extra space.

This is a very well made grill. Assembly does take some time but you can watch a video on Permasteel web sight that is very helpful. Mine did have a broken magnet and the door was damaged. I called Permasteel and they shipped out both parts the same day.

The grill itself is really great. We needed something smaller for the two of us that would fit in our sunroom perfectly for storage out of the elements. The directions were not correct on how to place the cross-brace bar on the back side of the grill as it prevented you from sliding the grease catcher in and out for cleaning. Luckily there were two additional screw holes on the back side, so we just relocated the bar which allowed the catcher to slide in and out fine. I think they just drew their diagram wrong. Very pleased.

The grill itself is great but arrived damaged although the box was in good shape..called customer service and they sent another door to replace the badly damaged door.. and after was put together.. the frame was also bent a little.. so I have a leaning good looking grill !.. don’t blame sam’s.. but the shipping

We purchased this grill on sale for $179.00. It seems to be very well made. Assembly was easy with the BILT app. It took about 2.5 hours to assemble, taking our time and a few breaks. Between the written instructions and the BILT app, the assembly procedures are very clear. I've used it several times and it works great, heats evenly. The cover that came with it fits well and seems to be of good quality. We love that the side tables fold down when not in use.
