I’ve been on a fitness journey, and this has been my go-to breakfast. It keeps me fit, is fairly filling and is super tasty. I eat it pretty much 4-5 times a week. Love it.

Whether it is Special K Protein or the Original - the 2025 expiration date has serious quality issues. They say it is uncooked rice and hulls. ( Special K) It is like a ground glass substance, in every other spoonfull.

I used to eat Special K as a kid. Recently I tried it and there were all these pieces of hard material in it. It almost broke my teeth! It like eating a bag of cement.

I'm a cereal guy and do not care for the sweet unhealthy options. I tried Special K Zero, and WOW! This has to be the worst cereal I've ever attempted to digest! Cardboard chalk balls with a hint of cinnamon. Fire your R&D department and start over!

I bought this a few days ago at my local store little to none fruit or yoghurt very disappointed with the price of it and not get only flakes of cereal

I have been a consumer for Special k for years. Recently, I bought a pack of almond and vanilla due for expiry on 9 Jul 2022, and there was wriggling insect when I poured them onto a bowl. This has affected my trust in the product.

I like the delivery method. I don’t like that Special K has less cereal in the box but it’s the same size, they also shrunk the small size box on the amount!
