This is a good kind of cereal. Also it's known as being nutritious.

Good Cereal

Favorite cereal with strawberries or a banana

This is a very good brand of cereal. I can eat it and it doesn't mess up my stomach.

My wife loves this cereal. It is the only one she would eat.

I wish I had read the reviews before making this purchase. While Special K is one of my favorite cereals, the box I received contained hard pieces which made it difficult to fully enjoy.

Hard cereal piece, difficult to enjoy

Special K Cold Breakfast Cereal, 11 Vitamins and Minerals, 13g Protein, Family Size, Original, 18oz Box (1 Box)

I rarely eat cold cereal but when I do, I normally choose Special K, Original and slice a banana and put it on top. I like it as a snack also, without milk. It's the best, but I don't eat it as a diet food as it has been presented a lot in the past.
