We have changed our eating habits, to healthier, more aware of quanity. We've eaten Special K for a long time though. Our family really like the Orginal, plus the yogurt kind is really good. We use to eat corn flakes, but now this is our 'corn flakes' The price is not as exspensive as other healthier brands. Yes , mayb because they are healthier. Kellogg's is a good brand and always consistent with flavor.

It's so versatile and you can add whatever you want, or just enjoy it by itself. The variations are good also, but I will always appreciate the original!

And evening snacking is my favorite time. I also still have my vintage kellogg jean jacket I got in my early 20’s. From box tops.

Has some kind of hard material like pieces of glass. I spit it out abd thew it away.

Taste is fine, it is quick, healthy and easy.

I love the abundance of freeze dried strawberries in there. Use this cereal with my Activia Yogurt

It’s hard to find the original Special K so I usually buy 2 at a time.

Some flakes where very hard couldn’t bite it and some flakes dark ( black color
