After a year and a half this tire has a persistent leak down that accelerates as pressure lowers. It is unreliable and there is no excuse for producing such a poorly manufactured tire. Tire seller is unable to repair this tire despite 2 attempts. So get ready to replace more than one.

I've had Michelin tires over many years, but this is my first experience with the Michelin Super Sport. Outstanding performance and feel. I was initially concerned about wet weather handling because the tread depth is not as deep as other Michelin tires I've had, but that concern was put to rest during the first storm I drove through. Super smooth and confident in wet and dry weather. The tire even gets a little sticky once they get hot and are driven hard, which results in fantastic handling, just like a true racing tire has. Given the super high performance category, it doesn't last as long as a regular family sedan tire does, but it's well worth the extra money and last longer than other brands in the same category!! So far, this is by far the best tire I've ever had and I've owned 23 cars in my life.

I have driven every top performance tire out there over the past 20 years and the pilot super sport tires are hands down the best tire ever. I have a set of super sports on my Audi R8, when I push the turns very aggressively, I feel totally safe and confident at max G forces, not even a chirp from my pilot sports. I have rented several Audi R8's on the tracks in Vegas, and the R8's with pilot super sports were hands down far superior to all the other top brands for grip, handling, and braking. I bought the Pilot Super Sports as the 3rd set of tires for my heavily modified BMW 335i. These tires took my car to a whole different level of performance. Their grip on the dry land and especially on the wet roads are remarkable. My wife was a little skeptical about the additional price, but as soon as I took her out in my car and showed her how dependable and SAFE they are, she literally said to me, "I don't ever want you to buy another tire". The grip and performance are truly top notch and why every supercar and hypercar maker puts Michelins on their cars. These are the pinnacles, the best, second to none. First of all in my everyday commute these tires are more than up to the task as they are much quieter than the OEM tires on my Subaru WRX Sti. They track beautifully and there is absolutely no wandering on the road with these babies. Just standing still they have a presence of awesomeness with the checkered flag so neatly placed on the sidewall. Yes these truly deserve the word "Super" in front of them and so many products dont these days. Thank you Michelin for your hard work and focus to deliver a tire that is truly jawdropping in performance. I will 100% with out a doubt purchase these again!

Have had tires for over 10,000 miles, the tread is still outstanding even with aggressive daily driving. Outstanding perfomance in wet and dry conditions. They handle much better in heavy downpores than the all-season tires I previously used. Highly recommended for any sporty driver.

Running them on 08 M5, great tire. Hung in there for track day, should give an indication on how I drive, great grip on dry, better than expected on wet. Overall best tire I've had on the car since new. Looks like I will get the best wear out of them.

Possibly the best overall tire for the S2000 AP2. These tires exhibit excellent steering response, tremendous cornering grip and an uncanny ability to change direction quickly in linked corners combined with very good ride quality which should satisfy any driving "enthusiast". Tire performance is quiet and essentially transparent under normal driving conditions although noticibly firm and well controlled when subjected to sharp bumps, so possibly not the ideal tire for the "non enthusiast". An excellent value in the max performance tire category, especially when considering this tire's high wear rating and nearly impeccable driving performance.
