The Meat was great. well marbled. my family really enjoyed it

Very tough near especially for prime. Would not buy again meat quality not anywhere as good as it used to be

Once you learn to properly cook prime meat, you will never go back to choice or, worse, select. This meat is amazing! This is what is served in Prime Steak houses at $50 - $75 per serving. I picked this up today at $8.58/lb and that is cheaper than the choice in my town. I can get 12-14 steaks out of this and they're ~ 1.5" thick. Perfect!!!

Had the butcher's cut them 1 1/2" thick. Came out great when pan seared. I did let them dry age for a couple of weeks to get them extra tender. But even the ones I didn't dry age came out awesome.

Great flavor but very chewy for prime. Don’t think I would purchase again.
