I have had these Cross Climate 2 tires since March now. I LOVE THESE TIRES!!! I usually write reviews, but these tires deserve one! I have now had experience in multiple seasons driving on them and I am extremely impressed! We have our first snow here in southern Oregon, only 2-3", and I do not feet the need to rush to get my snow tires put on (I will do that soon because we'll get more snow) but these tires are safe and comfortable for now to allow me time to schedule the swap. I had these tired installed on a 3000 lbs curb weight wagon/hatchback, about 6 months ago and have been very impressed. Typically with funny wheel drive, starting on a hill on wet pavement involves lots of patience to get going without sitting there spinning the tires. That is greatly reduced with these tires! They are just as impressive in the snow. I drove up a steep street, without being able to get much momentum due to pedestrians sledding in the street, with about 6 inches of snow that was semi-compact having been driven on by a 4 or 5 vehicles. There was some wheelspin, but I was controlling it and didn't lose momentum. The only con is a little hit to fuel economy, which isn't as bad after they break in. They are also great on roads that have that slick liquid de-icer applied, and have not hydroplaned once, in northwest washington state.

I am beyond happy with these tires. I purchased my SUV slightly used and the previous owner put Michelin CrossClimate 2 directional tires on right before he traded it in. I’ve had my vehicle for 2 years and am constantly impressed by them. Fantastic traction and performance in our Canadian winter even on ice. Plows through deep heavy snow like nobody’s business. And in the summer and rain they are good as well, also great performance on gravel roads (although I’m not sure of the wear if you were to do them regularly). When I trade in this one, I will be purchasing a set for my new ride, VERY good tires-BUY THEM!!!

I bought these tires 2 years ago. There a few people here saying that tires don’t perform in snow I really don’t know what there talking about. We have a couple stretches in Vancouver were the snow was really bad and these tires were super amazing on snow especially being in a cul ta sac My Suv ran trough deep snow like nothing and had excellent traction on main road in slushy weather. The performance in rain and dry weather was excellent definitely the best tires I’ve ever had on any vehicle I owned I would highly recommended it.

I was very hesitant to put these on my Honda Accord V6 coupe, but very glad I did! I didn't lose grip and handling, and the ride is quiet and smooth. The performance in rain and snow have been the best I have experienced in a tire. I have been super-pleased with this tire!

Although I've only had these for a short time and have traveled a relatively short distance by many standards they seem to be at least as good as any other tires I've owned and are far superior to most. They've proven to be especially good at handling conditions that have caused hydroplaning for me with other tires -- torrential blinding rainstorms on stretches of interstate with bad drainage for example.

I bought these tires about five months ago. They have great traction in the dry and the wet no testing for snow yet it hasn’t fallen. As expected small size pieces of gravel will get stuck in the grooves between the rows of tread… easy enough to pop out with a small screwdriver. My Toyota Sienna rides smooth with perhaps a little more noise than a regular summer tire… don’t forget, this is basically an all season tire, so you give up a little to get a lot.

I JUST EXCHANGED MY DEFENDER 2 TIRES AFTER 5 WEEKS FOR CROSSCLIMATE 2 TIRES BECAUSE THE DEFENDER 2 TIRES WERE TOO LIGHT FOR MY 2005 LINCOLN TOWN CAR AND WERE TRANSMITTING ROAD VIBRATIONS THROUGH MY STEERING WHEEL. THE CROSSCLIMATE 2 TIRES ARE HEAVIER AND PROVIDE A LIKE FACTORY-NEW, VERY SMOOTH RIDE!

Great tire, I bought the original Cross Climates, tires for my Honda CR V 215/70/16 got a nail in my sidewall will need a new tire guess want the Cross Climate 2 is not made in the size tire I have, now I am screwed, I want a tire that has the #MPSF ratting which not other Michelin tire has other then there snow tire which I am not going to put on a car with 3 other type of tires. Michelin you have let me down
