Michael from Lucid was SO helpful in explaining expectations. He did a thorough hearing assessment and explained how to use and care for these. And followed up with me several times. I was surprised how comfortable these are. I have longstanding tinnitus and moderate hearing loss. I no longer have to turn the tv up loud. I can hear conversations much better. I like the adjustments I can make for noisy environments.

I have Tinnitus that has been measured at 83 Decibels. I went to four different doctors, including a specialist in Denver who said they couldn't help me. Colin in Sams Club in Cheyenne Wy said “he couldn't cure it, but he could help it by addressing my hearing loss “. Colin tested my hearing and gave me the appropriate hearing aids. My tinnitus isn't gone, but has been reduced to a level I could comfortably live with. He's service since the sale has been exceptional!! Colin has not only been a true professional, he's customer service has been outstanding!! Thank you, Colin!

Hearing things I was missing
Notable hearing improvement. Can hear things more clearly. Listen to music from the 50's, 60's and 70's and can hear singers and instruments and enjoy how they blend. Still fine tuning with the help of Laurie. Like the blue tooth capability to hear better if I get a phone call while driving.

Well worth the HSA expenditure
Quite happy with this. I am hearing high frequency things that I have not for 30 years or more, like bird songs, gravel crunching under feet. Plus my tinnitus is much less noticeable. The service from the audiologist is great and very convenient.

Will not stream to my iPhone.
They help me hear. That is the best thing about them. They are way too expensive. I've had mine for about three years. I have an iPhone 15 that I paired it with but it quit working a few months ago. I have been to Sam's Club in Springfield Illinois several times to address the issue but there is never anyone there. I need supplies. I have been cleaning wax guards instead of changing them. What going on with your company?

Cant get into with them on batteries. Want return call. Doesnt display my battery at sams hearing center. Like the last person i worked with at sams.

There has been a change in where the batteries are now placed inside of SAMS Club. They are no longer at the Hearing Center, but on the floor with their other batteries. If your location is out of stock of your size batteries, please talk to your local SAMS Club manager. Extremely disappointed
I am extremely disappointed with the hearing center at Sam's Club. I bought a set of hearing aids several years ago and had exceptional service with those so when I decided to upgrade I went and bought brand new ones for almost 3 times the price. Since then I have unfortunately lost one of them and the other one is not tuned properly to my hearing needs. I have made several attempts to reach the company both calling the store number on the business card as well as visiting a store and calling the 800 customer support number left messages in all three instances and was assured that a manager would call me and still to this date six days later have not received a return phone call. I am at the point where I wish they would just give me my money back so I can go buy them from somewhere else that will actually give a care about customer service.

Loud but not clear sound
Loud squealing noise. They do amplify but the words are still not clear I have to have the person I am talking to stand at my side as with them on I can not hear anyone it front of me Hurts to wear them Plus if you do wear them over 10 minutes they turned themselves off I have to stop and open and reclose the battery compartment to get them working again. A total waste of $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
