[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upon opening, I just didn’t like the smell. It has a strong chemical scent that immediately put me off, and that alone was a big turnoff for me. The product itself looks well-made. The material feels soft, and the construction looks solid. I only tested it for light leakage, not for heavy soiling, so I didn’t get to see how it performs at full absorbency. But based on other reviews I’ve read, it really performs well. It was easy to put on and felt decently comfortable throughout the day. I’m very petite, so understandably there was some bunching. I don’t think that would be an issue for someone with an average-sized frame. It does fit close to the body and doesn’t feel bulky under clothes. It’s designed to be worn by itself, so I really wish they used cleaner materials. Having that chemical scent and synthetic fabric directly touching the skin, especially in sensitive areas, just doesn’t feel great.

Of course does need to be changed as frequently as needed to keep the person dry. I use these for my mom. The pad portion is quite long and wide, so you can be less worried about what position they’re in, and they fit ok. My mom is really tiny and I wish they made a small but these don’t fall down or anything. They are a bit pricey but it’s worth it to keep my mom as comfortable as possible.

Very soft, comfortable, easy to pull on, just like regular underwear. They are very durable and last all night long. Sometimes I use them at night to make sure that I don't have any leakage although embarrassing. I also tend to wear them if I know I'm in for a long day. You don't have to pee in them. You can use them as a pad just to catch some sneezing drippage that to be gross. Super comfortable, just try it. Nobody will know you can't see the lines like panty lines. These disposable briefs are highly absorbent and do the job without leaking as long as the wetness/saturation point isn't reached where by leaks might occur. The padding is generous and highly absorbent while the overall profile of the brief is still minimal and discreet. These are an attractive blush pink in color with feminine flower-like designs near the top. The elastic is perfect to keep these briefs in place. This brief does seem to run slightly smaller than another brand I've tried. However, a snug fit is crucial when the goal is to prevent leaks and these are very effective. Removing them cleanly is simple if you just tear the sides rather than pulling them down when they are soiled.u Overall, these briefs are attractive, fit well, and are very discreet while providing a sense of security. I definitely recommend these to anyone who may be suffering incontinence issues or who may have a loved one who has such needs.
