Depend Fresh Protection Underwear for Women are great for an overactive bladder, and even though I take medication, I occasionally have accidents. Wearing Depends underwear calms my nerves, knowing that leaks will not go through my clothes. There’s a liner that keeps you dry and controls odor. The underwear are a comfortable fit all day and don’t show through your clothing. They absorb really well. Depends are very soft, nothing like a bulky diaper. These provide discrete protection and very wearable all day.

When worn they feel just like underwear, with just a little bit of "diaper butt". They control odor for the most part and keep bodily fluids in well so that there is no leakage onto the pants.
