Ever since perimenopause hit me, I have suffered from urge incontinence aka overactive bladder. Mostly at night, but not always. It'll just hit out of nowhere and sometimes, no matter how hard I try, I don't make it before leaking or full dam break. During the day at work or out somewhere, it's very embarrassing. I worry most about the smell, because you can't hide it. These are comfortable and you do not feel like you're wearing a diaper. In fact, I forget I'm wearing them entirely.... Unless a moment hits! But, I have back up and confidence again. No smell, no wet "I peed my pants" feel. And it's not obvious that you're wearing them to others from beneath your clothes. No need to bring a change of clothes to work anymore. I would recommend this product!

They feel much more like regular underwear than I expected—soft, comfortable, and not too bulky under clothes. Absorbency is reliable—I feel protected throughout the day, and there’s no noticeable odor. I especially like that the design looks more discreet and feminine compared to some other brands. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For me if I was going to be in the comfort of my own home these are a great option for after having a baby or wanting to get a little rebounding in but have incontinence issues. Wish they had a little more soft flex in the padding area, kind of seemed a little bulky between the legs. They do absorb well though!! I had previously wet through multiple pads and though I was afraid of leaking there was none!
