They keep me dry as well. They hold 25 times their weight. And also neutralizes odors and that's very helpful for a woman with incontinence.

They absorb well as you she unfortunately we can't always make it especially in a deep sleep but don't want to feel like a baby and these feel more like underpants. They absorb better then the pantie type.

The odor smelll smells like a diaper which is good! They seem to hold urine well.

Great absorption capacity with no odor whatsoever really I found the perfect underwear for my overactive bladder.
