This underwear are discreet and I felt confident that I would have a trip without the embarrassment of leakage. They are thin but absorbent which is great for the "sudden burst" that can happen while enjoying a laugh with coworkers or even sneezing. They fit good too. No noticable odor either.

I also appreciate the “seamless” waist so it doesn’t cause lumping and bumping. The pad area is definitely wide but allows for more absorption. The fit in the waist and everywhere except the crotch area was good. The underwear is way too wide in the crotch so the underwear doesn't sit flat and bunches up and this made wearing them uncomfortable. I definitely did not notice any smell, so I would say they do a good job at controlling odor and the absorbency is probably a little better than a pad. Another plus is that no one can tell you are wearing them! Even in tight pants, they just look like regular underwear. If they were closer to the shape and size of regular underwear, I think they would work OK but I can't get past how uncomfortable they are.
