The breif is tough enough to hold up overnight. The material tends to be stiffer and if you have princess skin, can feel itchy.

I’d say they do run to to size. Comfort wise, super comfortable which is why it got a 2 star. However, I’d highly recommend for further testing to be done because these are non leak-proof.

These were very hot and uncomfortable to wear at night. I had to take them off. I would try them again when the weather cools down but in summer its a no for me.

There is hardly no material on the sides, just the elastic band, so basically it’s all pad. Extra material on the sides would make it more comfortable and I think would make it feel less bulky. The pad is not too thick but doesn’t need to be so wide. But if you’re only sleeping in them, I guess the comfort level isn’t so important for some people.

These underwear were not only completely unnoticeable under clothing, they are by far the best fitting and most comfortable incontinence product I have tried and far more efficient and less restrictive than any type of pad. I would highly recommend trying the Depend Fresh Protection Adult Incontinence Underwear to any woman who lives with mild to severe incontinence and wants to break free from the stress of leakage, odor and discomfort!

I was able to get her to wear these three times without complaint, so they must be comfortable. I can't say anything about absorbency because she rarely has accidents. This material doesn't have the greatest smell when you sweat.

Crotch is the right size, I don't feel a wedgie when I am wearing them. They absorb a lot too and don't leave marks on pants. No problem with leakage. No smell and the fit well nobody knew I had them on.
