They fit a variety of sizes the medium can fit from small to pretty big so they versatile for having around as emergencies for different people. Very absorbent and comfortable wearing them and strong enough for pulling up and down multiple times of the day. Great for taking my mom on a road trip so there’s no worries or rush to get somewhere when you’re in the middle of nowhere.

The fit is generally comfortable, and it feels more like real underwear than most other brands I’ve tried. I appreciate the soft material and the way it hugs the body without digging in or feeling bulky under clothes. What I love most is the absorbency—it really holds up during long days or overnight, and I’ve had zero leaks when I wear the right size. The odor control is also impressive, which definitely helps boost confidence when you're out and about. That said, I’ve noticed a bit of inconsistency lately. Some packs seem thinner, or the waistband feels like it’s stitched weaker than usual. I've even had a couple where the side seams gave out too easily, which was frustrating. Also, the sizing can be tricky, especially if you're in between sizes. Still, I keep coming back to this product because when it works right, it works really well. I just hope the quality control improves a bit. Definitely worth trying—just maybe buy a smaller pack first to test the fit.

These incontinence underwear are very comfortable to wear under shorts, jeans , or dresses. The odor control is excellent and they are very absorbent. I am so happy that I no longer have to worry about unwanted leaks! The fit is spot on and the sizing is completely accurate. These are the best protection for a busy woman who doesn’t want the embarrassment of urine leakage while going about a busy day! The only suggestion I would make is to change the design color on the front. At first glance, the gray design on the beige underwear looked like mold spots to me. Offering different underwear color choices (like black and white as well) in each size would be a bonus.

It absorbed a good amount without a super wet feeling and it relatively controlled the odor and not as much as I would’ve hoped for but enough.

I love the fact they have order control, great absorbency if I don’t make it in time and are very comfortable. If you have bladder issues, I’d highly suggest getting these especially as a female!
