[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a bit unsure on if the large would fit me even though I was within the proper size range, but they fit perfectly. They are snug enough to ensure no accidents bit comfortable and giving so moving is effortless. It held more than enough liquid without leakage of any type. I dont generally sleep in pajama pants, but did wear pants one night just to ensure that regardless of ones sleep patterns, the comfort level is the same. It was indeed and still no leakage.

I bought some Night Defense underwear a couple months ago and was so impressed with their performance. So I bought more. What happened in the meantime? The last two mornings (using the new ones) I've ended up in a clammy puddle with soaked sheets. They did next to nothing. Whatever you changed, change it back!

The pro is depends night defense underwear were very absorbent and kept me dry through all night with no leaks. The con well not really a con it has been real humid weather here and the underwear really stick to me and makes me feel uncomfortable. But overall Depends Night defense women underwear is a very good product to buy for bladder leakes at night.
