Yes it helps now. It's just easier at night. It's been a weird change to have to do this. I only 40. But it's been about a year of this issue and for a month now I have been wearing these every night. And I find to be drier and sleep better. Even when I do get up at night. It is must easier and faster to pull these up and let the remaining leaks go into the diaper. I can get back to sleep faster. I can't believe I really need them now but in all actuality it is must faster and easier to wear these now.

Before I tried Depend Night Defense, I used maximum absorbency pads and would have to get up at night and change at the least twice, (clothes and bedding and everything from overflow.) I felt like my rear was falling out of them. Also, they reminded me of my daughters diapers instead of underwear. Maybe add some scent of some kind
