This packaging says they are quiter, but they make a crinkling sound when the room is quiet. They are for nighttime use, so the crinkling isn't bad while sleeping. They are very soft. The waist is very long, so you can see them above your pant line if you don't wear a long shirt. Seems like there is unnecessary material in that respect. The absorbent material is much thinner than traditional products but is still very absorbent and has odor protection. There was no irritation or bulkiness. These are labeled as large, but the size guide says they are for pant size 16-20, which is morbidly obese and usually XXXL. However, I don't think they would fit someone that large. I can wear a size 8 pants, and they fit me.

Th material feels more like regular underwear, and the absorbent padding provides strong overnight protectiion without leaking. The fit is stretchy and secure, especially around the waist and legs, although the XL size d run a little large. They are slightly bulky under tight clothes, but for nighttime use, the comfort and absorbency make them a great choice.

I was a little concerned with the sizing prior to trying they say the sizing is for an 8 to 16 I am a size 10 but I found them to be extremely comfortable and easy to wear and true to size. Truly the most comfortable incontinence underwear I've ever worn they do feel like wearing thick underwear. Super comfortable and super soft much quieter than others. I have complete protection through the night with no leaks and best of all no odor. I would highly recommend and the product description is just as described.

Material is soft, feels more like underwear and no noticable noise like they claim. good cover for the back but the front is pretty narrow. I wasn't a fan of how they fit and I felt that their ability to absorb wasn't great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fit on these is really good. I wear an 18/20 in pants and the xl was the correct fit. They fit snug which I'm sure is the whole point. They can be a little bulky but are still unnoticeable under pants. They are quiet and hold moisture very well. I will keep these on hand for sure.

These are very different. They are extremely soft to touch and very comfortable to sleep in all night. We got the size extra large and it's very stretchy but did not have any problems absorbing and there was no leak leaking issue. The overnight lasted all night!
