I picked M size and that's exact the M size (size medium: 31–37" waist), it provides a discreet fit, no more, no less, it fits and seat well, the fabric is soft, smooth, durable and stretchy, and giving comfortable feelings. The underwear liner wicks and waistband helped feel secure in the night. Product performs well moist/leak absorption. I feel protected and dry all night and don't smell unpleasant odor. Product has no added fragrance. I am satisfied with Disposable, Nighttime Use, Leak Protection underwear by Depend |Women's Incontinence Underwear and highly recommend to try this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product to test in return for my honest opinion and review these overnight underwear are very helpful for leaks or for extra protection when in question they're made with quality material and are very durable the fit is spot on and true to size they are very comfortable and don't feel like you are wearing a diaper or anything of that nature I'm unsure if they have any odor control in them as they are not scented which is a good thing especially if you have sensitive skin or any type of skin allergies I don't think any of that is involved. They could be used for many different situations and having them is appreciated especially if you're an emergent need for them they are very helpful I would definitely recommend these.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these for my mother, who regularly wears this type of underwear protection due to having kidney and bladder problems, causing her major leakage day and night. She has used pretty much all the brands from store brands to Depends. She wanted to try the Night Defense underwear because she is hoping they will be better equipped to handle heavy leakage than the daytime ones and also be good for nighttime when sleeping as well. She notes that with this particular product you have to make sure to get your exact size and make sure it is correct, otherwise they will run large and not fit smoothly underneath clothes making you look odd. She doesn’t want anyone to notice or know she is wearing them. She has these in a size large. However, she is about 5’5” to 5’6” and wears 147 pounds, not curvy and hippy below the waist. So a size Medium or Small would’ve actually fit her better or more properly. She has lost a lot of weight and recently due to health issues so she is discovering that she would’ve needed the smaller sizes. To wear these in a size large and make sure that they are fitting more snuggly onto her body, she wears a pair of girdle support underwear that is more fitted and snug. This has worked out well for her to allow them to fit better and be smooth under her clothes and not bulgy or bulky. In regards to how well they absorb, she says they absorbs well and has helped protect her bed linen from messes and her clothing and pajamas. Next time we’ll make sure to get her the smaller size for the perfect fit.

Luckily, I have not needed to depend alot on extra support but just knowing there is an option puts me on ease. I tried these a couple of nights and they are much comfortable than I expected.

So we're very familiar with the many brands and types out there. These are slightly smaller than the generic brand I usually buy for my mom, but she's small so it was a good thing for her. She is quite petite (5'1" and 102 pounds) and was happy with the improved fit. No leaks! Very cute dusky pink color as well.

They control odor well and stay in place, but the waistband can feel a bit tight, so consider sizing up for comfort. Durable enough for overnight movement, and they give confidence during sleep.
