These small adult diapers fit up to size 8. I usually wear a size small in pants and these fit well. The elastic waist band is well made and helps to prevent back leakage. The leg opening is fitting as well. Because it is quite elastic and roomy, ladies with a fuller hip will fit in just fine. The material is quite thick and a absorbent, which makes me feel protected overnight. The material overall is soft and comfortable.

I tried these on and wore them overnight, they were very comfortable. The fit was really good, and they lasted all night long without a problem. They kept me dry and they didn't rub in the creases of my legs where the bottom of the leg openings are.. They did keep the odor away. I will be buying these from now on, they are better than the other ones I've tried.

The Pros: neutral nude color, cute design on front portion of underwear, good absorbency from blue inner panel for night incontinence, sizing forgiveness (large is suitable for 16-20). Cons: For heavy leaks this can become bulky, the material is crunchy and not as soft as regular underwear.
