These are so comfortable, you will never know they weren't your own undies! They stretch for comfort; yet they fit to form making them less diaper like! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried these with a home tester club trial and while they keep somewhat dry, they have a problem with pulling all moisture away from your skin, leaving a lingering dampness that is not pleasant. There also seems to be a problem with the gel coming out from the protective coverage and contacting skin.

It conforms to the body, looking and feeling more like real underwear than diapers. Much more comfortable than wearing pads to sleep. Feels like there is extra absorbency and resistance to leakage and prevents odor. Thanks to this product, I can get a good night of sleep.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fit was awful, it was either bunching in the front, or in the back. The odor control is at a minimum. A urine accident while wearing this product triggered a burning sensation, not sure if allergic to the lining or not.

I have terrible urge incontinence and when I need to go, it comes out in a hurry. I find that if I am sitting or laying down, by th time I get up, the urine has leaked out. At night I find that I also need a heavy pad underneath me and that is soaked in the morning. At my wits end as to what I should do.
