[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The medium was very comfortable, I tried both sizes small and medium. The small did not fit me as well as the medium. Its absorbency is great, it makes me feel like I have better protection. I would say I will definitely buy Depend "Night Defense" medium size from now on.

Bought these because of a complication from surgery that I now get bladder spasms by surprise and lose a full bladder all at once. Lucky me. While these have pretty good absorbency they are totally huge! I am 5’6” 165 lbs and if I spring a leak while laying down or sitting it will just leak out the sides. Woke up to a wet bed tonight :( I need to find something smaller will absorbency like these. They are comfortable and are not that noisy for what they are.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product did not even absorb a moderate urine amount. I wear diapers 24/7 and these did not hold as much as my regular Silhouettes. I can't see purchasing a different product for night time when they don't absorb. I am Type 2 Diabetic and comfortable leak proof diapers are a must. Sorry, it just does not fit the bill for what I wanted.

Depend Night Defense felt like I was wearing an adult diaper without the security of elastic to hold in any drips around the thighs and shanks. Although the blue strip is designed to absorb leakage, which it did, it does not absorb odor so, in the morning, it felt like I wore an old-fashioned toddler pull-up w/o the elastic. The fit was also bulky between the thighs. I had to maneuver the crotch to the form of my body to achieve and maximize coverage. It wasn't like a panty, though it's not a panty that fits into place when you put it on. That's not good. Also, does it have to be so high-waisted?

I like that they are pull up, they were really comfortable to wear the elastic made it easy to stay in place all night. It has the right amount of padding, I didn't have to worry about it showing through my night clothes.
