Tender, 99% fat-free

The cuts are not even where it is thick on one side vs. the other. Each one is a different cut. Excessive amount of fat not trimmed like the picture (excess weight of the fat increase the price)

The boneless chops are very good....I was very skeptical when I ordered these because the some of the reviews that I had read.. my boneless chops are very very good I love to make pork tenderloin sandwiches from them thank you Sam's club

Tender and delicious

The top layer of the chops looked great! Once you began to separate them, the pieces were not what I expected, could even identify what they were. Very disappointing!
