Best piece of meat I've ever prepped

This cut of prime tri-tip from Sam's exceeded all expectations. I rubbed it with a generous helping of Kinder's All-purpose, let it sit seasoned for 24 hours in the fridge, threw it on the smoker at 275ish, spent 45 minutes hanging and got to a solid medium to medium-rare. Tender, juicy, flavorful. Perhaps the best tri-tip I've ever tasted.
