While it took much longer than anticipated to reach me, it is exactly what I was hoping for. The bed frame arrived in excellent condition, not a scratch to be found. It was extremely easy to put together following the instructions that were provided. I definitely would recommend this platform bed.

This bed is one of the best designs i have seen for assemble-yourself projects. I ordered two full size beds & plan to keep them forever. They were simple to assemble & included a ratchet in the tool kit. The big box was a bit heavy but I managed. You could ask a friend to help you if you have trouble with the weight. The bed is what I would call an excellent example of good engineering.

I bought this last month and I'm very happy with it. Not only is it beautiful but is sturdy and easy to install. Perfect!

I was pleasantly surprised but the quality of this product. The wood grain was very nice and very solid. It went together easily and the reinforcement for the base were a welcomed addition.

This bed frame is the perfect color we needed and is extra sturdy! We were surprised that it has 3 metal supports down the center which gives it that added strength. We love it!

Bomb-proof packaging! Detailed assy insts (understandable, too), excellent form & fit. A pleasure to assemble, a pleasure to look at when finished. Worth every cent and more!

I just put it together. = It's a decent bed for a decent price. It is rubber wood with a cherry colored finish. Lots of small knots, and a bit rough in areas. It's easy to assemble, and survived shipping without damage. Be aware that the queen bed has 9 legs - 6 wood and 3 metal. The metal ones might need to be straightened from time to time.

We were able to put together in 20 minutes. It's also doable for just one person. Very pretty and sturdy frame. The frame was easy to put together with one exception. The middle legs for both sides did not have screws that fit well. The screws worked great with out the leg, but once you tried using them with leg they just kept spinning around.

I loved the look of this bed - very sleek. There was a pretty big problem though with the center legs that are located along the right and left side of the bed. The screws for those beds would not thread down into the screw holes. I am not sure if it had to do with the screw itself, or whether it was because the screw holes were not recessed, as on the other legs. Customer service was really helpful in sending me two new beds to try, but they had the same issue.

Buiiding the frame is not complicated. Bed frame pieces were not screwing in. I contacted Zinus Customer Service by chat to see if I was missing something. They were not helpful. Sam's Club was great about return or replace. Problem is that I spent all the time building, then repackaging it up. Now I have to take the heavy, bulky item to FedEx. And, I can't sleep on my new mattress.
