I bought the JawSaw 5 amp Electric Chainsaw with a pole extension, and then another one this month for my son for Christmas. I am unable to climb ladders and work with heavy chainsaws anymore, but I have a yard full of trees. My wife and I both use this JawSaw because the jaws make it perfect for clamping limbs up to 4 inches wide and helping us hold it still while the saw cuts. This is a great tool for keep the trees trimmed of deadwood, for eliminating low hanging limbs and for shaping the trees. And it works just as well for limbs on the ground as those up in the trees. The JawSaw replaced my bigger chainsaw, and it is perfect for keep the trees looking good. I have bought several WORX products in the last two years because they are lighter and superior to the heavier tools I have used throughout my life. My wife uses the wheel-barrel as a wagon for working the flowerbeds and hauling heavier items for garbage pickup from the back to the front. I bought the 20-volt hedge trimmer to be able to trim the hedges because I can no longer use my older and much heavier trimmer anymore. This trimmer is easy to hold for perfectly shaping the entire row of hedges, even with the larger battery that holds a longer charge. I wish I had found these great tools when I was younger, but I'm glad I can replace my older tools now with superior newer tools that are lighter and more efficient.

when I saw the infomercial I knew I had to have one..I have a pile of wood the size of 2 motor homes and most of it is smaller branches of cottonwood, not trunks. I collected it from a golf course that went out of business. I can cut 2 wheelbarrows full of wood in less than an hour including setting up the power cords. It is really quiet compared to a chain saw and alot safer. I had a chain saw grab my jacket once and almost lost an arm. Now trimming trees might be different as there is some weight to the saw, but for my needs it is the best thing ever!

This product works great for my yard. I have cut down a dead bush. I also have cut over grown hedges. We have garbage cans here for green waste. To be able to fit the maximum amount of trimmings in it has to be small pieces. This tool will do that. I even cut the pieces smaller in the garbage can. Istill have projects to try this on but so far it has worked great.

I was afraid to use chain saws. But this one is so safe and easy to use. I have a lot of gardening to do, and this product has made my life so much easier. I used to use loppers to trim my 5 crepe myrtles and it was a chore I dreaded. This was the first fall that I used the jaw saw, and boy was it 29x easier.

We just bought our first home and the yard had lots of extra branches, bushes and random things growing. It was a mess! But this saw come to the rescue and made the job wayyy easier. It was a fast project for us. And its a super safe tool b/c it hides the chain in the thickest part of the saw and only comes out when you squeeze the handle and push at the same time. Another plus about this product it self oils. Things to be careful about...keep the electrical cord out of the way, you'll be moving fast and may not realize the cord is in the way. Also the chain may fall off every once in a while but its okay, its very easy to put back on, I'm a 30 YO female and i can handle it. And no need to worry about get hurt putting it back on there are safety features you have to follow in order for that blade to stay in the right position to put the chain back on. Overall this is a very good saw and a keeper for our home.

Just received the JawSaw today and went right out and started cutting trees and branches. WORKS GREAT!!!! Very easy to handle, safe to use, easy to maneuver and will cut real close to the ground for flush cuts. I had some real old dead and bone hard trees that it just cut right through. Real easy to cut dead limbs and the shape makes it easy to get in tight spots and close to bends in the branch or limb. I'm experienced with chain saws and have used them for over 40 years and since I'm in may late sixties and was looking for something not so hard to work with this was the perfect answer. I even had a small electric chain saw. I know that this JawSaw will make it easier for me and less stressful since my wife won't worry so much. I can hardly wait to get out and clear more of the dead and dying brush and trees. I have a large lot and I need to create a better fire zone around the house. I love the fact that the chain saw is enclosed and that I can cut limbs just above ground level and not dull the chain. Best $$$$ I've spent in years for an superb product. If you struggle with a chain saw just get one of these and enjoy in lieu of struggling and worrying your wife.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never used a chainsaw in my life and was debating how to trip trees in my front yard that had grown over the years to the point of overwhelming my small front yard. I considered hiring a service but decided that I would try this safer looking saw and was happy with the end product of that decision. The say is easy to use and engenders safety in design; it is virtually impossible to hurt yourself with this saw, it's both easy and fun to use. The five (5) food extension is genius, just long enough to improve the saw's functionality but not too long to make the use of the saw dangerous. Smart design, excellent craftsmanship make this a very good addition to my arsenal of home tools.

I purchased after I bought a 16 in chainsaw because of the handling and performance of the chainsaw. I am 72 years old probably have no business cutting down trees,etc. I use the saw for heavy work and jaws for trimming. my wife commented today that why didn't someone invent these when we were young. I am so impressed with your products and that is not easy, I managed a major mfg customer service dept, mostly keeping design engineers straight. Hats off to your company.

My jawsaw is one of the first ones to come out. It is now 2023. Its finally is done. The chain will not stay among other things. That is a long life span for a tool that has been used over and over for that long. Im buying a second one. Looking for it to outlive me. Great quality. Has original chain still cutting until now. All original.

I used my jawsaw once and it worked great. Bragged about it to my neighbors. Second time, chain went off blade. Replaced blade and chain and was excited to get started again. One small cut and it went off track again. Adjusted everything and same thing. Too bad, I have several worx products and was a real fan. Maybe I just got a bad one since so many people seem to love it, but no replacement. :-(
