Catfish Finally

Sam’s hasn’t had catfish for years at my store. I was pleased to find it. The fillets were a nice size unlike the frozen fillets Wal-Mart sells. I had to trim a small amount away where the filleting wasn’t perfect. I smoked on the grill and it was really good. I didn’t have any of the negative issues others have posted.
