The Brookstone Hayes 18" back pack is an impressive product. I always travel with a backpack and I will be replacing my old one with this new one. From the very comfortable handle on the top to the loop on the back to attach it to my roll aboard, it is very functional, comfortable and looks great. I love all the pockets to put things in. I do travel a lot and I will be taking this backpack with me on every trip.

I found this to be a great all-around backpack. The main compartment opens very wide to access just about anything very easily. The RFID pocket is great for security and the luggage slot on the back makes it a good choice when traveling. The back side is very well padded so wearing it is very comfortable.

It is perfect, durable, lightweight and fashionable. Work backpack that doesn’t look like a work backpack. You could easily transition it to a travel bag. Very versatile. Brookstone brand is usually a good buy.

Not what I ordered. In addition to a laptop compartment the description features a separate tablet pocket, which it does not have. False advertising at best, doesn't fit my needs and is far less than I expect from Sam's Club. Disappointing.
