Great TV, but subscription problems are a headache

Love the picture and quality. The TV is ALMOST everything I wanted. It was supposed to come with 2 years of the free art subscription. Instead, my code worked for 30 days and despite any calls and emails between my husband and Samsung, the issue is still not resolved. If I want art, I have to format and upload my own pictures, or pay out of pocket for what should be free... For 2 years.

Disappointed

Nick TV, BUT 1. The 2 year trial subscription took many tries to activate. The activation codes given were not accepted. Finally I got one to go through but got an e-mail stating that I had a paid subscription. I reported it, provided the requested information and was informed that my case had been escalated or elevated or something. I have heard nothing and am being billed. 2. I can't get the art function to turn off. It worked as it should for a while. I tried all the settings... but it stays on all night (in my bedroom).

Frame TV - THE BEST TV!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased a Frame TV for our bedroom, and after experiencing it, I will never buy another type of TV again. I plan to put a Frame TV in every room of our new home! The picture quality is exceptional and incredibly clear; it feels like I’m actually at a stadium watching a football game. When the TV is turned off, my Basquiat artwork looks authentic, and my friends often ask how I can afford a Basquiat! LOL!

Not worth the bucks.

I really do like the television. The picture is sharp. It functions without any problems. But its too pricey. And then you have to buy a "picture frame" to make it look like a picture thats been framed. And I inadvertently ordered two subscriptions for the art gallery and Samsung has given me the biggest run around and has not refunded one of my subscriptions. Not even offered to extend another year. So yea, not happy with the whole shabang.

Absolutely Stunning

I could not resist the sale, I have been keeping an eye on deals and prices on the 65” Frame TV. I finally purchased in December, installed it myself very easy. My wife helped me hang it on my he wall. And WOW absolutely stunning! I love the art on my wall when we are not viewing tv. When we do watch it is so real looking action, it is easy to imagine that there are people in my new picture window in my room.

Art Store Coupon Doesn’t Work

Super frustrating trying to redeem the 1 year free art subscription. This does not work! I have been trying for months and my emails have gone unanswered. When I follow these steps I get an expired message. I would gladly buy an annual subscription if the promised first year free actually worked.

Not thrilled.

I've had it for about a year. I've had issues with the volume. During a show, for example Seinfeld, the actors voices with suddenly change volume and get very loud for a bit. Then it will shift back.to normal. Sometimes opposite, volume will decrease for a few moments then go back to normal. I tried adjusting the settings. This happens a lot and no one is touching the remote or the tv at all. Other than that it's ok. Not thrilled with it. I kind of like the art subscription but there's not enough of what i like or want with that either. enh.

Susie, Thank you for sharing your experience with volume fluctuations. Please try the following which may help resolve this: 1. Turn off the Sound Sensor switch by using the button at the bottom of the TV, beneath the Samsung logo. With the TV on, you can push the button to the left to turn the sound sensor on or to the right to turn it off. 2. Try disabling some of the TV's intelligent functions, as these will automatically analyze and adjust your sound which may cause your volume to fluctuate. Go to Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Intelligent Mode Settings and select Intelligent Mode to turn off all the functions or select each option to turn it off. 3. Please also make sure your TV’s firmware is updated. You can check this by going to: Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update. I hope these tips help. Scammed by Samsung

I bought this tv and it was shipped with a broken IR Sensor. The remote did not pair with the TV (May 19th) followed the troubleshooting steps with the Tech (May 29th) when someone finally got back to me, and was sent another another solar remote. Once that remote did not work, a tech was sent out to look at the TV (June 18th). He said the IR senor was separated and that samsung should be able to replace the TV. I texted the person that put in ticket (June19th), than I was transferred 9 times for a total of 4 hours for my issue not to be resolved. The sales team said it was past my 15 days for a replacement which isn't fair because it took them that long to figure out my issue. The warrant team said physical defects aren't covered in the warrent. This is extremely frustrating because the TV was broken when I got it and all I wanted is for it to be fixed. I've Been extremely patient even after being transferred nine times and on the phone for four hours. And after everything, I was supposed to be transferred to the HD premiere team, but because I was on the phone for so long, their office closed. So basically, I was scammed into buying a broken TV on the Samsung website for over $3000, and I have to pay to fix the TV that came broken!
