Great mattress overall, I wish the edges were firmer so you don’t feel like you are sliding off. Communication was spotty and took a few emails to get tracking information. End product is a great nights sleep. Would buy again.

Only had a couple of days. The mattress is very well made, a little on the firm side and heavy. Appears to be an excellent mattress all the way around. Husband loves it. We are very happy with our purchase.

I’m in love with my bed. It is amazing!!! I actually wake up not hurting like I use to. So glad I made the purchase. If your on the fence I promise you, you won’t be disappointed!!

The bed is firm and my sleep quality has decreased since getting it. It's not uncomfortable, just not the "dream" I was expecting. We will be returning.

From the first night of receiving I have slept like a baby. It is so comfortable, no back pain, no waking up in the night. I definately recommend. Not too soft, not too hard

Love the product but disappointed that white glove service not available in my area...since I live in a senior area,I would not recommend this matress to them...to heavy for seniors to handle on their own

This mattress is the perfect balance of hard and soft, and coils and memory foam. I'm able to sleep through the night with limited tossing and turning. All I need now are upgraded pillows. Overall, I'd highly recommend.

I love my new mattress, but I can’t sleep on it right now, and haven’t been for the last month. It has made a “dip” where I sleep and my back is suffering again. When I first got it, it was wonderful, but I don’t know if I would buy it again.

If purchasing Twin XL for split king I found the mattresses were larger than stated by several inches. Mattress is comfortable but firmer than I expected. Hoping that it will soften just a bit with use.

I like it, so far. Although I have awakened with more aches and pains than expected. Maybe the old body needs to get accustomed to the new mattress. It seems very comfortable while sleeping .
