This mattress is ok. Not the best I have ever had but ok. It is more firm than advertised so my hips still hurt. I was looking for something that was comfortable to stop the hip pain at night but still have not found it. I guess that is what I get for buying online instead of going to a store to try them out.

I probably should NOT have written this review after only 1 night on this mattress, but you asked me to. My wife and I both had issues this first night. We could not sleep on our sides and neither of us could find a comfortable spot. She finally gave up about 1:30am and moved to the couch. I did let the mattress expand for 30 hours before we laid on it. Going to believe that it just needs more time. Hopefully we can get our money's worth soon.

After numerous internet searches for a bed, we landed on dreamcloud to balance price and comfort. The hardest part was waiting for it to arrive-originally we were told that it would be deliver the week of January 5th (we ordered on Dec. 29th) but the date can and went with no bed. The delivery date kept getting pushed back, and customer service didn;t have any updates on why it was taking so long either. Finally got the bed January 29th, and would not have been irked by it taking a month to get here--just would have appreciated delivery updates being more conservative than they were. Bed itself was easy to put into the bedroom but it did take two people to get it out of the box and on our bed frame--we got a Cal King, after all. Husband and I slept on it that night and felt very supported. We were both surprised that it was on the firmer side but woke up the next day without the upper back pain we'd been experiencing in our former 10 year old mattress (which was beginning to sag). If I had been able to test this before ordering I likely would have gotten something a bit softer, but we add our old mattress topper to it and it's cushy again. The included pillows and linens were also a nice addition to our new bed bundle.

My hubby and I have been talking about getting a new mattress for quite some time. I’ve been considering the Dream Cloud for 2 years already, but honestly, was sceptical of ordering something online without trying it out first. We’ve been to several stores testing out other mattresses, never seemed to agree on one we both liked. Well, I finally decided to take the plunge and order the Dream Cloud. If we don’t like it, we have 365 days to return it. Let me just say, I am soooo..glad I ordered this bed. So far, it is perfect! This mattress is firm yet very soft and very supportive especially for our aging bodies. So extremely comfortable! My husband even loves it!! The first night we slept in our new bed we both kept waking up only because it wasn’t our old bed that we were used to. My husband even said he felt like he was sleeping in a 5 star hotel, I agreed with him. His aches and pains upon getting up have lessened as well. This bed is very well made and I love the fact that it has a lifetime warranty! You can’t beat that with any mattress company! Also shipping was extremely quick. I was prepared for it to take up to several months by reading some of the other reviews on Dream Cloud. We received our bed in 3 days after placing the order. The only negative thing I will say is that now I don’t ever want to get out of bed!! Thanks Dream Cloud!!

Now that I have a new DREAMCLOUD mattress, I’m getting great sleep. No more aching hips and sore shoulders when I get up in the morning. I was skeptical of purchasing a mattress online but I’m a believer now. DREAMCLOUD stands behind their word to offer a good night sleep. Thanks so much DREAMCLOUD.

Went through 3 mattresses in less than 2 years trying to find one that would work for my lower back pain!! The first night I slept in this bed my back pain was GONE that morning!! I have a cleaning business so I am very hard on my back through the day and all the other beds I have tried I would wake up feeling worse in the morning then I would when I laid down! This bed has helped me wake up feeling like I can move and actually gotten a good nights sleep!! I knew my mattresses weren't right because when we would go to hotels and stay my back pain would go away! Then go home and it would be right back!! I'm extremely happy with this mattress!!!! Thank you so much!!!!! It's amazing!!! üôåüèΩ Going on a week now sleeping on this mattress I sure hope it stays this way! And if it doesn't (I doubt that will happen) I can return for the next year! That makes it worth it as well!

Was very excited by all of the positive reviews. Have struggled with getting used to the new DreamCloud mattress. Had quite a bit of shoulder and hip pain with side sleeping and waking up daily with back pain. It has improved but continue to have this pain intermittently. The mattress is ok but not as “dreamy” as I had hoped. Probably a little too firm for me. Delivery and packaging were good and very easy setup.

After only a couple of nights, my review is that this is a very comfortable mattress. It certainly seems to be a quality product, so I'll be anxious to see how it performs over a longer period of time.\n\nShipping time and notifications were somewhat problematic, but the mattress was delivered without any damage or quality issues.

The mattress is super comfortable. I would recommend it. I would not recommend the set up service. If I don’t need your old mattress hauled off save the money. The new mattress didn’t quite fit in our frame and the set up crew didn’t say anything. Just in packed it and left it hanging over the edge of the bed frame.

We love our new king dreamCloud, but there is one minor thing that will hopefully resolve itself. One of the reasons we chose DreamCloud in the first place that was out of the selection of this kind of mattress out there, it was rated as the least “smelly” The instructions say to give it 3 days or so to lose the smell, but ours still smells quite strongly. Our mattress protector just arrived today so hopefully that will help. In all other ways we love the mattress, but feel a bit misled regarding the plastic-y smell
